T2 AGREEMENT DATABASE
Army Regulation 70-57 requires the Army Technology Transfer Program (ATTP) to establish, and maintain, as part of the Army’s Business Enterprise Systems Architecture, a business process automation tool that automates the required reporting of Army Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADAs) and Patent License Agreements (PLAs) to the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and creates a repository of these Army technology transfer agreements. The tool will provide program data, activity, and effectiveness and serve as the Army’s sole reporting mechanism for new technology transfer (T2) agreements.
The ATTP owns and manages the Army Technology Transfer Agreements Data-tool (ATTAD), which serves as a repository for all executed T2 agreements from Army T2 designated laboratories and centers.
Army ORTAs and their authorized personnel are permitted access to ATTAD to view and upload their laboratory’s T2 agreement records. ATTAD may be accessed here:
https://armyeitaas.sharepoint-mil.us/sites/ASA-ALT-ZT/Lists/T2%20Agreements
ATTAD Account Creation Request
Army ORTAs and their authorized personnel can request an ATTAD account using the ATTAD link and/or by contacting the ADTT via email:

Training
The ATTP is currently procuring a COTS IP and T2 data management system, and will offer training to the entire Army T2 community upon implementation of this system.
